Terms of Service for “Embodying the Spirit of Healing: A Unique Sedona Retreat & Experience”

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for and attending the “Embodying the Spirit of Healing: A Unique Sedona Retreat & Experience” (hereinafter referred to as the “Retreat”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or attend the Retreat.

2. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared personal experiences, discussions, and any proprietary materials provided during the Retreat. This confidentiality agreement extends beyond the duration of the Retreat.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for maintaining their own physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being during and after the Retreat. The content and presentation of the program by Kenji Kumara/Kimberly Meredith are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment, consultation, psychotherapy, or a health/wellness program. No diagnosis of illness or disease nor drug treatment is provided.

4. Medical Concerns

Participants with current medical concerns must provide a medical participation permission form signed and dated by their state-licensed and certified medical doctor, physician, psychiatrist, mental health therapist, social worker, counselor, and/or healthcare professional. Participants on psychiatric medications must take their prescriptions as directed and refrain from exhibiting any abnormal or extreme behavior that may be detrimental to instructors, attendees, staff, the physical environment, or the space.

5. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

By participating in the Retreat, participants assume sole legal and ethical responsibility for their after-effects and resulting changes and shifts in consciousness and body. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kenji Kumara/Kimberly Meredith, the venue, and its owners, officers, managers, shareholders, affiliates, employees, staff, volunteers, agents, and all people who assist and/or participate in the program from any and all liability, injury, loss, cost, obligation, or damage arising out of their participation in the Retreat or subsequent elective events related to and/or surrounding the program.

6. Media Release

By initializing this section, participants agree to be filmed, photographed, videotaped, audio taped, or otherwise recorded for any Kenji Kumara/Kimberly Meredith use for educational purposes and the Photo Gallery on their sites.

7. All Sales Are Final

All sales for the Retreat are final. No refunds will be issued.

Please review these terms carefully. By attending the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
